Haberdashers' Aske's School for Girls is an independent day school in Elstree, Hertfordshire. It is often referred to as "Habs". The school was founded in 1875 by the Worshipful Company of Haberdashers, one of the Great Twelve Livery Companies of the City of London.

Admitting into Haberdashers’ Aske’s School for Girls:
A child must undergo the Entrance Exam, an Interview, a report from the current school to enter into Haberdashers’ Aske’s School for Girls.
There are three levels of intake to Haberdashers’ Aske’s School for Girls:
- 4+ (Rainbow)
- 11+ (Year 7)
- 16+ (Sixth Form)
- a small number join at 7+( if there are spaces.)

The 11+ Entrance Exam at Haberdashers’ Aske’s School for Girls encompasses two papers:
- 11+ English
- 11+ Maths
11+ Syllabus:
- The 11+ English exam consists of questions on fiction and non-fiction texts and a short directed writing task.
- The 11+ Maths paper contains addition, subtraction, multiplication and division, with application to fractions, decimals, percentages, the metric system of weights and measures, the 12 and 24-hour clock, time problems, and questions involving geometric shapes and bar graphs.
Note: Haberdashers’ Aske’s School for Girls is looking for candidates who think for themselves and respond to what they have been taught in school.

11 Plus Interview:
- Based on students performance in the entry tests, students are invited for interviews.
- A few short Maths and English questions are asked.
